At IvaCosmetics.com, we offer worldwide shipping, although there may be some restrictions for certain destinations. To confirm whether we ship to your country, simply input your shipping address during the checkout process. If shipping is available, you’ll receive direct quotes and available shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the selected method. If no shipping options are available for your location, you may consider using private courier or forwarding services like Trans Express, Skybox, or Mailboxes Etc. These services can forward your order to most countries.

If the system is not allowing you to check out with certain products in your cart at IvaCosmetics.com, it may be because some brands restrict sales to specific regions, such as the USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship these brands outside of the US at this time. To proceed with your order, simply remove the affected items from your cart. We advise using PayPal for payment at IvaCosmetics.com to avoid having your order flagged, as first-time orders are sometimes flagged by our system. PayPal requires us to ship to the address provided in the PayPal transaction, so it’s important to carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure everything is correct.

When you order a pre-ordered product from IvaCosmetics.com and your shipping address is outside the USA, we will ship your entire order once all items are available. For US-based customers, we will ship the available items immediately to avoid delays, and the pre-ordered item will be shipped separately when it arrives (usually within 2 weeks).

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your neighbors and the shipping company. Sometimes packages are left with neighbors or held for pickup but still marked as delivered. The shipping company can provide detailed delivery information, including the GPS location of your package.

We also recommend waiting an extra business day, as carriers may mark the package as delivered before it is actually dropped off. If you haven’t received your package within 48 hours of the delivery status update, please reach out to us for assistance.

Important Note: We are not responsible for theft at the provided delivery address and do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

If the shipping company confirms theft, you’ll need to file a police report, as mail theft is a federal offense. Please inform us within 48 hours of the delivery, and we’ll assist you with the claims process, which may require additional details.

If the postal service returns your package to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, your order will be restocked, and you will receive a gift card minus the shipping charges. You will be notified of the return and will need to place a new order with the correct address.

Occasionally, the post office may mark a package as “undeliverable” through no fault of your own. If this happens, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If you prefer a refund, please note that we are unable to issue it until the package has been returned to our warehouse by the carrier.
