ITEM AVAILABILITY

If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will receive an email notification with the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
Please note: The delivery date of your order will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If you wish to cancel a backordered item before it is shipped, please contact us via live chat, and we will be happy to assist you.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

To ensure availability for all our customers, we limit orders to a maximum of eight (8) units of any single item and fourteen (14) total items per customer. Additionally, customers are limited to no more than three (3) orders per day. Orders exceeding these limits may be canceled. OFFER CODES

To redeem an offer code, enter it in the “Offer Code” field on the Billing page during checkout. When accepted, the code will appear on the Order Review page.

Important Notes:

  • Only one (1) offer code may be used per order.
  • Offer codes and discounts cannot be applied to IvaCosmetics Gift Cards or eGift Cards unless otherwise stated.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect applicable state and provincial sales tax for orders shipped to certain locations.
Purchases made using IvaCosmetics Gift Cards are subject to applicable sales tax.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa
  • Digital Payments: PayPal, Afterpay (for orders between $35 and $1,000)
  • Gift Cards: IvaCosmetics Gift Cards with a PIN Code (for U.S. orders only)

Please note:

  • Gift Cards may not be used to pay for IvaCosmetics Pro orders.
  • We do not accept CODs, layaway plans, personal checks, or money orders.

Payment Authorization:
All purchases are subject to bank authorization before processing. Only authorized transactions will be processed and shipped.

Payment Authorization Holds:

  • Your bank will place a hold on the amount of your purchase when an order is authorized, reserving the funds for the transaction.
  • The final charge will be applied when the order ships. If the order is canceled, the authorization hold will be removed by your bank. For assistance with authorization holds, please contact your bank directly.

ORDER ENQUIRIES

With an IvaCosmetics account, you can check the status of your recent orders on the Order Status page. Log in with your email address and password to view detailed information about your current and past orders. Once your order ships, a tracking number (if available) will be provided for easy tracking.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order:

  • For orders placed within the last 60 minutes, log into your account or use the cancellation link provided in your order confirmation email. Successful cancellations will be confirmed via email.
  • To make changes to your order, cancel it and place a new order with the updated details.

Common Reasons for Order Cancellations:

  • Item(s) are no longer available.
  • Issues with processing payment information.
  • Shipping to an address we cannot deliver to.
  • Duplicate orders.
  • Cancellations requested by the customer.
