Your satisfaction is our priority at IvaCosmetics.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to process a return in accordance with our return policy.
We accept returns for products purchased directly from IvaCosmetics.com only. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be in new or gently used condition and returned within 60 days of purchase. If you received a free promotional item with your purchase, it must be returned along with the purchased product. If you received a gift order and prefer not to have the refund issued to the original payment method, please contact us directly.
If your return meets our policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. For orders paid using a combination of gift cards and other payment methods, the refund will first be applied to the credit card or debit card. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the gift card.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund details once processed. If you received a gift, please contact us directly for assistance with the return.
To exchange a product, simply return the unwanted item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Afterward, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Products purchased online can be returned to participating IvaCosmetics Stores (excluding department store locations) in the U.S. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email with you when returning the product in-store.
Note: IvaCosmetics.com reserves the right to limit or deny reshipments or refunds for damaged, missing, or incorrect items after 30 days of receipt.
