IvaCosmetics Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at IvaCosmetics.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to process a return in accordance with our return policy.
We accept returns for products purchased directly from IvaCosmetics.com only. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be in new or gently used condition and returned within 60 days of purchase. If you received a free promotional item with your purchase, it must be returned along with the purchased product. If you received a gift order and prefer not to have the refund issued to the original payment method, please contact us directly.
Please Note:
- Items marked as final sale or not-returnable cannot be exchanged or returned.
- IvaCosmetics.com eGift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned and are subject to third-party policies.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- We monitor return activity and reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the return requirements or show signs of abuse.
Refund Process
If your return meets our policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. For orders paid using a combination of gift cards and other payment methods, the refund will first be applied to the credit card or debit card. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the gift card.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund details once processed. If you received a gift, please contact us directly for assistance with the return.
Exchange Instructions
To exchange a product, simply return the unwanted item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Afterward, you can place a new order for the desired product.
In-Store Returns
Products purchased online can be returned to participating IvaCosmetics Stores (excluding department store locations) in the U.S. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email with you when returning the product in-store.
Return / Exchange FAQs
- Can I exchange items purchased through PayPal or Afterpay? Yes! If you paid using PayPal or Afterpay, we can assist you with exchanges directly through your payment account. Please contact our customer support team for help.
- I ordered the wrong product. Can I return it? If you ordered the wrong product or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- What if my items arrived damaged? Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your items are damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to keep the original box and packaging materials for inspection.
Note: IvaCosmetics.com reserves the right to limit or deny reshipments or refunds for damaged, missing, or incorrect items after 30 days of receipt.

- Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and updates will be sent via email.
- Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store and Same Day Delivery options are available.

Additional Shipping Details
- Holidays: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after the shipping cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
- Signature Requirements: A signature may be required for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders containing regulated items may require additional handling and may ship the following business day.
- P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: Most items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, though delivery times are longer.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Deliveries to these areas may take up to 14-21 business days. Expedited services are not available in some remote areas.
International Locations
We currently do not accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. Please refer to our International Store Locator for assistance in finding our products near you.
